Welojets acts as an intermediary. The air carriage contract is between the client and the certified air operator; Welojets handles sourcing, quoting and coordination of the operation.
The quote is indicative and valid as stated in it. A booking is confirmed only when the operator confirms it and the applicable payment conditions are met.
Amounts, deadlines and payment methods, as well as cancellation and change conditions, are those of the operator for each flight, set out in the quote or confirmation. Depending on timing, a cancellation may incur charges of up to the full amount.
The operator is responsible for operation, safety, crew and airworthiness. For operational or weather reasons, the operator may substitute the aircraft with one of an equivalent category or adjust schedules.
Delays or diversions may occur due to weather, air traffic control, technical issues or other causes beyond our control. Alternatives are handled under the operator's conditions.
Baggage, pets and catering are subject to aircraft limits and applicable regulations. Travel documentation (passport, visas, permits) is the passenger's responsibility.
As an intermediary, Welojets is not liable for the operation of the flight; its liability is limited to the proper handling of the brokerage, to the extent permitted by law.
These Charter Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
